As a group we still need to upload an account for the website : DropBox. I researched into this website and found out that i can add this version 2.0 dropbox as an app on my ipod touch.

Some highlights of this release:

• Favorites: Want to make sure a file is always on your phone? Star it for quick offline access.
• Bulk upload: No need to upload files one at a time. Select multiple photos and videos to be uploaded in the background.
• File renaming: Simple as it sounds – files and folders can now be renamed.

• Single-tap access to actions: All file and folder actions are available from a single tap.
•  Lots of others: Improved gallery view, export to (and upload from) local storage, as well as numerous bug fixes and stability improvements.

When researching about the program, i learnt that if your a new comer there are a few things that i should try oot first. They wanted me to install Dropbox on a bunch of computers, use their sharing features, and more, and when i`m finished this quest, i receive an extra 250MB free, which is great when saving and sharing work to the group.

I also learnt that i can collaborate and share . The program allows me to share docs, slides, and large files easily with colleagues and clients.

We also agreed on setting up accounts, on the program Skype. We all agreed on this suggestion as the program allows us to talk face to face with live video for free. This is a great application if one of the team members is absent, as we can Skype each other to have group discussions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Using general email was another aspect that we all considered. We thought by using general email, it keeps our work more professional.

 

Excel is a program that we thought would be good for budgeting our resources, and usieng the program iphoto.

SetDecor is a website that might be a possibility for developing our project further. The website is an insider's look at set decoration for film & television. Great when designing ideas for set build.
